what does transfer means?

Folks,

When the case gets transferred from TSC to local office, there are usually two status messages that I have seen:

1. Case transfered to blah blah to schedule an interview
2. Case transferred to blah blan for processing.

Does that in second case there will be any interview or not? Can anyone share experience where they saw second case and they were approved directly?

please share your experiences and coments.
 
Most cases that are transferred are because they require an interview. I would like to know if there is anybody who's case got transferred and he didn't get an interview

I would also like to know if anybody has changed locations after their files have been sent to a local office. My file was transferred to Orlando this month and I have just moved to North carolina. So now they would need to tranfer it to NC. I wonder how long would this take

Any input would be appreciated
