What does this status mean?.

Hi,
One of my friend recently applied for his H1 visa transfer from company A to B. He has got the receipt notice. When we checked the status online using the receipt no, it shows the status as below:


Application Type: I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

Current Status: Case approved; approval notice e-mailed.

On July 27, 2007, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service

Could someone please tell us if his visa transfer is approved and complete?. Or is USCIS decision on I-797 still pending?. Is I-129 approval sufficient to go to US consulate and get a new HI-Visa stamped in the passport?.

And may be this could be a dump question, anyhow I like to ask.. is it possible to reject I-797 though ur I-129 is approved?.

---------------his H1 transfer approval notice will have I-94 attached with H1 transfer approval no need to go for new visa stamping. check the H1 transfer approval notice and I-94 will be attached left side lower part










And may be this could be a dump question, anyhow I like to ask.. is it possible to reject I-797 though ur I-129 is approved?.
