What does this message mean ?

One of my friend got an email from USCIS and the message is

"The document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom
issued. "

He applied online for I-765 and AP recently !!

what does this message mean ?
Is this message related to approvals of I-140 or I-485 or I-765 or AP ??

Depends on which application case status this message is for
if it is for AP then AP is approved, if it is for EAD then EAD is approved and so on.
 
I-485

he got this message on I-485.

Does that mean his 485 got approved ?

His I 140 is not approved yet !! how come this is possible :confused: :confused:

USCIS issued u a RFE and u responded to it. That message means they
received ur response and processing on ur case has resumed.

I did not change my address . Vermount Service Centre
My LUD change on my I-485 today and I got email on that..

"On October 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."


I don't think this is rfe... My Lawyer made inquiry around 4 weeks back on my I-140 through AILA.

ALso LUD change on my I-140 yesterday and today saying
On October 12, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

where as same message is thr only date is change on my I-140 before LUD on i-140 message was like ths

It means that you had made an inquiry on your status and they responded to that inquiry.
 
Hawa Hawa that status can either mean that FP notices were send out, or that a status inquiry was made and they responded to it
Search the forums, lot of people had that same status and lot of times it turned out to be FP Notices or Address Change acknowledgment or status inquiry response.

I go tthis message too- neither me or my attorney had contacted them- I recieved the letter from them and it was just confirmation of my change of address- called the 1800 number and they said they have been posting these messages on status for all inquireis made????/

Did your I-485 LUD change today? , Mine changed 2 days in row 10/13 and 10/14 with same message stating
"On October 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."
