guys my review was completed on 7/21 and p3 mailed to bbay on 7/31. I am waiting for bbay to publish the sept interview list next weekend...once that is done i will start a seperate thread for potential october candidates for mumbai so that we can be in touch.

our p-3 was entered in the system on July 23rd. AVM message indicates "case completed on 8th Aug'.

Can we expect Oct '03 interview at Chennai consulate?

Assuming that they send your file to Chennai sometime in the
week 11 to 15, your file should reach them sometime around
18th or so.

Then it depends on how quickly they update the system with your
case.

You are just about on the border line for August cut off.

You can hope for October interview but be prepared for a possible November also.
