My case was approved on June 28th by the local office after an interview and I received a mail on July 2nd containing the NOTICE OF ACTION (WELCOME NOTICE) stating that my case was approved and I should get the PR plastic card in less than 3 weeks.
Today, the online status says

What does the above statement mean? Does it mean that they have mailed the actual physical PR green Card?
