What does the message for I485 mean?

Hi

My friend checked her case(RD: 12/19/01) online 2 weeks ago and saw the following message:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed. Your BCIS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.


It is so different from the message of some approved case post on this forum. She don't receive the notice yet. Does that mean her case has been approved?
 
It could mean either of the two things, one that her GC has been approved, or two , it has been denied, though no. 1 looks highly more likely.
 
NOTHING

This means NOTHING as for my case it is giving this message since, May 2002 and so far nothing, the case is still pending.
