what is the meaning of Notice date, priority date.

I know RD means receipt date of application.

The ND is the Notice Date. This is the date of the Notice sent to you from the Service Center.

The PD is the Priority Date. This is the data your immigrant visa became current, a condition which allows you to file for adjustment of status. In the past Employment Based categories used to have different priority dates with EB-1 being the most recent. Now I believe all of the EB's are current.
