What does Final Adjuducation mean?

Guys, I just got of the phone after speaking with an IIO. He mentioned that my case was either beyond or in the Final Adj. stage and that I should be hearing from them any day. I also, asked if the AVM was updated every night and he declined. It is better I call then again next week to find out the status. Can any one please explain what Final Adjuducation means? Appreciate all the help.

RD-02/01/01
ND - 02/13/01
PD - October of 1997.

It means that your application has reached the stage in
entire process, that they are deciding to approve. Checking
all the papers and etc and you will hear decision soon.
Its the last thing happen before you know that it is approved.

Keeping my fingers crossed. Is there a place on the internet that explains the different terminologies used by INS???
