What does code '1' in second FP notice mean?

I received my second FP notice after 2.3 years from the time I applied for 485.
The code shows 1
What does that mean?
I am on EB3 with PD Jan 2002. So, My PD is still not curent.

Was there this morning, I think Code 1 means redo fingerprints only (not Pic) but please search the forum to confirm.
