What documents to send to Indian consulate after getting packet 3

I got my packet 3 ( it came to my lawyer)..which documents do i have to send to the consulate...my lawyer only gave me DS230 part 1 to be filled but i guess there are couple of more forms to be filled...

apart from part1 check for OF169 Form and include a marriage certificate with you packet3

Did You Get The New Forms?

When did your lawyer receive Packet 3? Check to see if you got the new forms. OF-169 may be obsolete.

- Cover letter with ur Indian Address to send pkt4
- OF169
- DS230part1
- Photocopy of Marriage Cert. if married.
- Photocopy of urself & wife\'s Birth Cert. if u have. ( Not Necessary But what the heck !)
- Photocopies of the passport Identification pages!
