What Documents r needed for PP stamping at Newark

I would appreciate if anyone whoz been there done that answer the foll:

The Approval notice says "Arrival/Dep record", I-94 and passport. Am not sure what this Arrival/Dep record is...what is this doc? Also can you give a list of docs that need to be carried (I mean do I need to take Employment letter, paystubs, tax returns and the like along with what is mentioned in the Approval Notice?)

Arrival/Departure Record is I94 which you got when you entered USA last time, Along with that take your EAD,AP ,Approval notice & Passport for stamping nothing else.
