What documents needed for MIL, FIL invite?

Hi,
I would like to invite my MIL, FIL and my husband's aunt to visit us for a month.
I read through the forums and I am not very clear of what documents I should prepare.
Should I send an affidavit?
What financial documents should they prepare?
They cannot prove sponsor on their own, so what shd I do?
How much Bank balance shd I show?

Can i invite my husbands aunt?
Can i send all 3 for interview on the same day?
