what documents needed for AC21

Hello,

I want to file for AC21. What documents I need from current employer?
Any specific format? Do I have to use my attorney for the purpose?

You need a EVL kind of a letter from employer plus a cover letter from you. The EVL letter should state - title/job description/ salary etc. Your letter should just state you are using AC21. Check the AC21 forum for sample formats. AC21 Forum
