What documents are required for fingerprinting ?

We went for FP and the two things the lady asked for were
(a) FP notice
(b) EAD

We had taken EAD just for the heck of it because the FP notice asks for any sort of ID.

I think if we didn't have EAD the officer would have asked for some other ID. But I wanted to let all of you know anyways.
 
Sunny is correct , Guptaga's has the typical desi over reaction to the situation ,when the FP notice states that an ID is required (DL /Passport) why take things that are not required. Guptaga types are confused and confusing others . On a lighter vien he must have carried company swipe card , son's report card , Car papers (to prove how you drove in a legal car) etc... etc...

What is you haven't received EAD but only FP notice?

140/485/EAD/AP MD: 10/16/02 with labor substitute.
RD: 11/01/02
FP RD: 11/12/02
FP scheduled for 12/17

Any clues about the I140 application when you receive FP notice? Do they even look at it? I am just curious because my labor matches exact requirements.
