What documents are needed for renewing my EAD?

Hi, there,

My first EAD will expire in July and I need to renew it. What documents should I submit to USCIS?

I have enclosed the following documents:
1. My I485 Receipt notice copy
2. Personal check $120 for application fee
3. 2 photos with I485 receipt number and A# written in back
4. I765 application form duly filled
5. copy of my current EAD card with document (front and back).
6. copy of my I-94, SSN, passport, Driver License, Authorization for Parole

Or take the easier way out using the online form. It is very easy. You get the appointment for finger printing and photos very soon too. I applied online and got my renewal cards in 50 days.

Hello Gurus,

I have a question for my wife EAD renewal applicaiton.

My wife got SSN after first EAD approval. But She has a Tax Indentification # (TIN) which is used for IRS.

Will we mention both (Social and TIN) in I-765?
I have to fill the question in I-765 form for my wife Q9. Social Security Number (Include all Numbers you have ever used) (if any).

What would be A#?
Actually, There are two A# on approvals One is start with A97 11x xxx and other one start with 097 1xx xxx .

Please help in answering the above questions.
