What documentation do I need for future?

Hi All,
I am planning to quit my company and I would like to get all the required documents from my lawyer before I do that.
My 140 is cleared and 485 is pending for more that 180 days.
I already have a copy of my 140 approval and my 485 filing notice.

After I quit the job , I believe the lawyer doesnt respond very well. So if I wanted to use a different lawyer, do I need inform the USCIS about that ?

Regarding any correspondence between USCIS and the lawyer, would I also get a copy of everything? Just incase the lawyer doesnt inform me of something.

------------------ if possible try to get copy of approved LC particularly Form ETA750A ( it will be with lawyer who filed LC and I-140, he may not give you with out asking the employer)

------------------ just hire your own lawyer fill up G 28 with him and let him inform the USCIS that he reprent you for your pending I-485, he may need I-485 filing reciept copy (if you have dependents then they also need to sign G28 and provide copy of I-485 filing reciept.
OR you can directly write to USCIS to revoke the G28 filed by lawyer XYZ and write to them that all Future communication should be sent to you directly on the address……. as lawyer XYZ no more represent you and you you revoke the G28 filed through XYZ.Write your pending I-485#, DOB, A# on cover letter attach I-485 filing receipt copy and send it to service center with certified return receipt and out side the envelop write in big bold letter: ATT: Request to REVOKE G28 with pending I-485

-------------- USCIS dont send copy of EVERYTHING to you if lawyer represent you

*** if you are going to join new company then you can hire that company lawyer to reprsent you and can also file AC21 through him.
