What document should be in 2 NL?

Dear all:
I recently received the 2nd NL, but there are only 4 papers in it, including
1 paper which contains the day of interview,
1 notice to visa applicant,
1 paper which contains reminders,
and 1 immigrant visa interview procedures.

There is No form and even No document about medical exams in this letter.
Is that correct?
Does any person know what document or form should be in 2 NL?
What should I do next?

Normally, there should be information about the medical in the letter. I guess they forgot it. I dont know from where you are, but I'm sure we have someone here who can help out with the information for your country.
 
in youtr second letter you should have a letter which states the intervied date and all the requirements and a seperate letter which should tell you which doctores you need to contact for your medical. once the medical is done which should be before the interview, they will send the forms 3/4 days before the interview to the us embassy.

I'm from Taiwan, and will interview at AIT (American Institute in Taiwan).

I have a question.
Is my personal information in the medical exam document or form?
If not, maybe I can directly download them on website, and I actually have known which hospital to do medical exam.

Does anyone know what form in the 2NL?

There is no document about which doctors I need to contact in my 2 NL.
What should I do?
I just browsed my interview Institute and saw the list of hospital which can do medical exam in the website. Can I go to any one of these hospital to do medical exam?

Yes, you can go to any of them.
 
i whould contact the us embassy or Kcc and let them know you have not recived the 2 nd documentation which should read with the heading - medical examination on that peace it will name which docters are approved by the us emassy. i had my interview in london but i could have only done the medical by knightsbridde doctors as listed in the pack...
 
the same happened to me

Hi guys

As I told you in another post, they sent me the medical information for another country. My 2nd NL was only 5 sheets

· 2 for Dear Dv Applicant .... bla bla bla
· 1 for the list of names of applicants
· 1 Photo specification
· 1 Medical informatio (Saudi Arabia, wrong country)

I called KCC and I said I had recieved the wrong medical information. They asked my email address and told me I would recieve by email the medical information.

After 3 days I got their mail and it was 2 papers:
· 1 Medical info for my country (it was only name of the hospitals, fee and I had to bring photos and passport).
· 1 How to obtain Police Certificate in my country (I hadn't asked for that)

Then I guess each envelope is filled by people (it isn't an automatic process). That's why, after 50000 or more letters sent, we have found, at least, 2 with the wrong content.

My questions for the people that have already recived (now or in past years) the 2nd letter are,

1 didn't you recieve anything else?
2 didn't you recieved the information about the documentation about you they wanted to check in the embassy?

hi dear, can you go to the docs you were asked to keep during your first NL. There u'll find a list of what you are supposed to carry with you

I just finished my medical exam today.
Actually, I directly called the doctor to ask about the information, and he also told about the things I need to bring.
I think it is a good way to get information if you get nothing or wrong one in your 2 NL.
