What docs needed for Company Acquisition for Spouse - not the primary applicant?

Hi all
I am a dependent on my husband\'s GC petition. We are expecting a Feb interview. My company was acquired by another company a few months ago.
Do i have to take any documents showing this change? If so, what kind of documents should i carry? Any inputs are appreciated, since i have to talk to my HR or someone to get such documents. Also do i need an employment letter from my company? My H-1 is valid for another 2 years and it has the name of the old company in it.

Any ideas?
