What docs for revalidation?

Hi! Could you please post a link to requested documents and procedure for visa revalidation in St. Louis?
Also do you happend to know a link to processing times?

OK. I found the link in the previous tracker. Now, my question is: shold I send an employment letter form my husband's company? I will send my PP separetly from my husband's and in the DOS link is is not clear if spouses should send that employment letter as well or not.

Spouse does not need to send Employer letter as H4 are not working ( if the Spouse is also working on H1b then employer letter needed), you need the copy of your Spouse H1 approval Notice, your Passport, fees for Indian Citizen$ I75 , your valid I-94 attached in Passport, Form DS-156, if Male between 16-45 DS-157, Photograph ( 2 inch by 2 inch) and prepaid FedEx envelope with your address for return ( on this envelope you have to write FROM: your name and address . TO, your name and address (this is new requirement) you have to write Credit card # on return Envelop that you are going to send with your documents.

Do we need a I -797 original copy to be sent with the other docs for revalidation.
Would appreciate a quick response as i need to send my papers for stamping to St Loius tomm !!!

Send the original I -797 they will return it (make copy of front and back keep it with you) detach the I-94 from approval notice and staple it in Passport

Does anyone have a format for "Covering letter to the consulate from applicant" for VISA revalidation or what it should be.

Hey, thoght you would get away with me? Well. no. I'm back with new questions. Whoever completed form DS-156 for an H4, you might answer some Qs:
-currently I'm on H4 status (and AOS pending), but I am also a student. Shall I write "student" on the ocupation tab (Q21)? I suppose so.
-since I am not on an F1 shall I write the name and address of the school (Q22 and Q23)?
-Q33: "do you intend to study in the US?" I am already studying in the US. I suppose that's what I shall write in there, right?
-Q36: "Has anyone ever filed an Immigration Visa Petition on your behalf?" Shall I put my husband's name, his employer's name or our lawyer's name???

I-485 is for AOS and I-140 is immigrant petition
if no I-140 was filed for you by your employer and you are filing I-485 with your spouse your answer will be NO
