just looking for cummulative wisdom and advice about my situation...regarding a change of job.

i am working as a physician in a small PA hospital who have never hired any one on H-1b and are not aware of details and pittfalls of immigration process. my lawyer handled all the paperwork....and i have been waiting 360 days since filling of AOS

my wife is moving to west virginia (VSC) for a residency and for family sake i want to move too...and most likely will find work as a physician there too....but it involves a change of address and change of state but same service centre.
also my job details are strightforward .....unlike most of techies on this forum....also i am glad that my employers have no clue about immigration hassles and i am on good terms ..and leaving with required notice should not be a problem.

I appreciate any input from the wise ones as to how to proceed oor not to proceed with my plan.

All EB are eligible to exercise AC21 . You can even go ahead and inform BCIS that you are changing employer. Although guidelines have not come how to do it, you can mention the receipt numbers, A# and request a change of address in both cases and inform about the change in employer.
Sometimes it is better to be proactive and take charge- as doctors do always:)
of course, My opinion.
