Yes, I would write back and thank them for their time and tell them that if I could swing a deal like that with no consequential liability etc., I would be rich.

I must really be fat, dumb and happy to fall for an offer like that.

Ask Ur question to this forum .. may be someone could help U ..... for free..

If not then U do not have any choice .... U will have to pay UR attorney whatever he asks....

......... no wonder most are waiting for guest worker program to kick in ... more business for them.

Yep - I posed the very same question here too - you can check the responses there. Currently I am investigating an INFOPASS appointment

FYI - this is not my attorney - this is a second opinion from another one.
My attorney is paid by my company and I provide legal advice to them (such as raising the viability of INFOPASS .. and would you believe it - they claimed that they did not know of retrogression coming - in September 2005? - and I keep reminding them to file for a status check etc.)
