I know this subject is ever-present but... I need yours opinion
My husbund case was sent to another office for processing

"Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing.

On February 14, 2007, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our SACRAMENTO, CA location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. There is any legislation, rule about the deadline after the transfer?

Any opininion ? where is the sense of it ?

I wait outside of USA for processing my case derivate asyleeI 730 = is pending from 2003.... :confused: and I hope my husband case will be my escape.

You confused me with this passage. What is going on? Whose I-485 are we talking about?

I assume it's not I-485 but I-730. I heard that they recently started to interview asylees' spouses because there were some fraudulent merriages discovered. So if someone files I-730 there is a big chance to get the case transferred to a local INS office for an interview. However since in this case the spouse is outside US it doesn't really make any sense.
