i came to this country on dec\'98 on H1B.i did n\'t have a job for one year,
so i didn\'t paid any texes during that year.from 00 to till date iam paying taxes.
Am i on out of status>

is it going to effect my Greencard processing.

any help appreciated.

is it a must to submit past 3 year W2\'s

Hi,

is it a must to submit past 3 year w-2\'s.

my lawyer ask me the last year\'s w-2.

i donot have a W-2 for 1999 but i have w-2 for 2000 and 2001. as i donot have a job for one year (1999) and i was not paid.
last week i completed my finger printing at boston.

Am i going to get any problems in this final stage?
if any one have faced this kind of situation ,pls help me?
how to come outfrom this Greencard puzzle.
