What do you all think of I-130 for my wife?

Hi
I won the DV of 2008 and now I’m in the US legally (GC) holder. I’m planning to get married this year (outside the USA) my question is can I do I-130 for my wife and how long does it take to approve or what is the best way to bring her to USA???

It'll take 5-6 years.
There are other ways too - though employment, through DV lottery, via refugee status
