what do we need to submit with AP

$ 120 for self and $ 120 for spouse
can the total of 120X2 + 130X2 = $500 be written in
one check and sent to the same address at NSC for
both EAD and AP or they need to be different?
What is the address at NSC? Can everything be
mailed to one address in one envelop?
 
old AP is not required. So is Drivers license.

Send 2 separate envelopes, 2 checks. You can send AP to EAD PO box, but it is advisable to send them individually, since each will generate a receipt notice by different mail room personnel.

You need to send a letter stating why you need AP (parents in home country, impending marriage function for relative etc.)

Most of the answers are in the INS web site. Old threads in this forum has all the answers. I dont know why people not consider doing research on their own about these things , instead of posting questions "demanding " answers...
