what do I need to Renew My EAD and AP?

Hi, My ead and ap are expiring at the end of November, I would like to renew them now seems my I485 is not getting approved any time soon. What kind of documents should i prepare for the application? Thank u very much for your help.

Here you go...

The same form you filled the first time(that one page EAD form and 2 page AP form. I do not have handy that form #)

One caution is.. if your wife got SSN based on EAD, then fill her SSN there in that form.

Have photo's ready(4 copy each)

Other than that, rest everything is same. IIOs are saying processing time for EAD is 2-3 weeks.

Other documents you need to send alongwith what September_GC has mentioned are :

- Copy of 485 receipts
- Copy of your last I-94
- Copy of EAD Card
- Copy of Advance Parole document
 
issued RFE for EAD renewal

Issued RFE for EAD renewal. EAD receipt date: 8/16/02. I have included all the document, but one year old photos, same as previous EAD. That might be the reason for RFE I guess.

I think two copies of photo. I didn't of apply for spouse EAD renwal, since she is not working.
