What do i need to bring as a proof for selective service?

hi its stated in interview form that i need any kind of evidence of selective service. so when i go to sss.gov and put all my information it gives me the last name, last four digit of ssn and the registered number and the registration date. so its ok to take the print of that page only when i appear there? or i have to take the copy that i have to request from selective service office which i will get in 30-90 days?
 
You can take the print out. The IO can also check on CIS computers. They will rarely interrogate you on this issue ... and that will really be when you likely did not sign up.
