what do I need to accompany with my Advance Parole when coming back to US?

some state that I need my I-94 form however this peace of paper was taken from me on our initial interview in September of 2006 (my case in pending AOS since then).

what documents except I131 approved and my driving license and passport do I need to get back to the US safely?

You need your AP document (not I-131, the I-131 is the application form and not the approved Advance Parole document) plus your passport. Nothing else is required.

It's surprising they took your I-94, because if you leave the country you'll confuse the airline people who ask for it on your way out (just tell them that the immigration office took it because you have a pending green card, don't bother with details such as AOS or AP or anything like that because they won't have a clue what you're talking about). You will fill out a new I-94 in the plane on the way back and get it stamped when you enter the US.
