What do I do to expedite 2nd FP notice

Hi Folks,

Could any give me some info on how to expedite my 2nd FP notice (if at all there is a way)? I would really appreciate it. I am Jan 2002 EB2 case and my first FP was done Feb 2002. I got an RFE last week to which I will respond in the first week of July. I don't work for the company any more and I left them well before my 140 was approved. I have a good relation with the company and I am going back starting 15th May. My attorney thought it is the safest way, although she could try someother ways. I have to respond to them by 12th July and I will respond in the first week of July, by which time I will have 3 paystubs in hand. However, since my 2nd FP is still pending I was wondering if there is a way to move it forward. I called BCIS 800 number and the customer support guy said he don't have an idea.

I would appreciate your help very much in this regard.

Hey,

I am also Jan'02 case, u know,I did get RFE on April 2nd and responded , they received on April 15th. But No 2nd FP.I called 1800 but those guys don't know any thing. I did my first FP in April, 2002. I heared that we can fax them..but don't know the fax number .. still waiting for either approval or 2nd FP.
 
You do not need to expedite 2nd FP. Just submit the evidence asked in RFE. You might have seen on this foum, there were some cases approved without 2nd FP. If you get 2nd PF notice before submit RFE, just do it. Otherwise do not think of it. Good luck!

I did reply for my RFE 3 weeks back. but did not get 2nd FP. Is there any possibility that i can get approval without 2nd FP? Do u know any body got approval without 2nd FP.
