Read through this forum. You will find answers to all of your question and will find lots of useful information. For basic information like forms, go to USCIS.gov.
One should not expect to be spoon feed. Try to search this forum for general info. If you have any perticular question after that then you can ask.
Good Luck

thanks for the advice. but do i have to wait before i fill or i just can start from today since i have my marriage license and everything. i read thru this forum and i found a lot of useful information. "spoon feed"??!! wow!
i only had 4 simple questions:
1- do i start filling now since i have my marriage license?
2- do i need a lawyer?
3- what forms do i have to fill up?
4- what kinda questions should i expect?
thanks tons everyone!!!

Yes. You are eligible to file the forms right away.

2- do i need a lawyer?
If you entered the country legally, maintained legal status all the time, paid your taxes (if applicable) and have no criminal record, you DONT need a lawyer. The process is very simple and straightforward but you must read the instructions over and over again to get a good understanding of what is needed.

3- what forms do i have to fill up?
If you had searched the forum, you would have found an answer to this question. Ill tell you anyway. Your USC spouse files I-130, I-864 and other supporting forms, you file I-485, I-693, I-765 (if you wish to work), I-131 (if you wish to travel while your GC is pending), I-864A (if you wish to use your income to meet the minimum income requirement)

4- what kinda questions should i expect?
That depends from one person to another and there is no fixed pattern.
thanks tons everyone!!!
