New to all of this I don't even know what my PD is. However, in the JIT (which is nothing but), it list the date of 1-485 not PD. Are they really looking at PD?

Some information:

Was out of status

LC - 1/98 Approved 6/2000

I-140 - 7/2000 approved 5/2002

I-484 - 6/2002 (WAC 02-208-5XXXX)

FP - 7/25/2002

PD is priority Date, the date when your LC was FILED. (1/98 in your case). It is also printed on your I-140 approval and I-485 receipt notices. Priority Dates are current for all employment based cases, so you should not have that as an issue.

I-485 dates in JIT reports show the 485 receipt date, not PD. PD has nothing to do with (employment based) I-485 processing.

If your PD is really old...

then there seem to be legends that your case will get assigned to an officer first.
