What determines whether EB2 or EB3?

If the position requires BS + 4 yrs exp. but the Job title is Project Manager and Job Responsibility is of a Project Manager. Do this fall under EB2 or Eb3?

Also, Is there a list of O*NET-SOC codes that is avaliable for EB2 category? May be there is website which categorizes the codes based on the EB categories...

BS (4 years education) + 4 years experience is normally EB3. Also the pay received should be the prevailing wage for the position applied. The chances of getting approved without RFE is good for EB3


BS + 5+ years (USA exp) with clean paperwork ( not being out of status) proper documentation could land you in a EB2 provided you are being paid the EB2 prevailing wage. Anyway check with your lawyer
