What date is NSC actually processing ????

Aug 14, 2001!

If you assume that processing is distributed normally, the mean is probably around the first week of Jan. 2002 with an SD of about 3 weeks or so.:)
 
and three sigma could stretch all the way to April 10.....

and the curve is relatively flat and negatively skewed :)

Good to see folks like you get back to their original "self".
To be honest, I was going thru the same "Introspection" for the past few months and didn't realise what that was, and indeed it was "therapeutic" to have gone thru that thread..... and here we are talking about the mean and SD...
