RD 01/21/00, ND 01/25/00, FP 12/16/00, EB2, still waiting.
Called NSC twice, IIOs were nice and told the case is not
lost, FP is fine, not assigned to officer yet and they are
processing April 2000 cases now, don\'t know what happened
to my case, can only request expedit.
Called senator\'s office, was told to wait another 6 months.
Anybody in the same boat? Or any ideas what could be
the backlog?

This is one of the examples to challenge any of 485 approval theory out there. This is called FISI, First in still in! KF485, I wish someone could answer you more positively. All the best!!

Similar situation. Looks like they are waiting for some overseas information.

Called IIO for 5 times in the last two months. Case is not assigned to officer is the reply.
