What cases for labor certification are handled in Boston now?

I applied for labor last Feburary and still have not heard anything. Does anybody know how long it will take to get labor in Bostona area for RIR?

I was wondering If a married women living in Canada , Could she get a visa to the US with out her husband going with her .See she is leaving her husband for a man in the US but has to wait for a divorce!
But would like to know if she could enter the US when she\'s still married in Canada ?
