I came here when I was 7 in 2000. My parents applied for Adjustment of Status under section 245 of the INA. I got a parole to leave the country for 1 year. Then my parents applied for EAD. We had to file before April deadline in 2001 I believe. Unfortunately my parents didn't do that, and everything expired. Is there any possible way to Adjust my status now? Also, If I leave the country, will I face the 10 year bar?
