What can i do ?

Hi Folks

I have done my PP stamping at detroit local office during second week of November and still haven't received my card ! So i called the customer service number to inquire about my card status (If you didn't receive your card after 30 days of you become Perm. resident you can call for status) and the VSC IIO said that they haven't received any information from local office (I-89, photos & I-94 etc..) to process my card.. so they asked to check with the local office..which is detroit local office

So i went to detroit local office to check about the status of my card and guess what... they have whole set of approval notices in a big box for all Nov '04 (Oct '04 too) stamp holders and just sitting there.. and the front desk officers at the windows doesn't have any idea when will they send out those notices to process the cards.. simply they dont care for those and never give a damn about it.. and dont care what the customer service says.

I try to explain them about the new process of giving out cards in 30 days but they dont give a damn about it and refused to talk to VSC about it.

What are my options in this matter ? what can i do ?

---write a letter to local USCIS director and also contact your congressman or senator and update them about the delay and file still pending with local office

I been to Detroit myself on 12/28, and they have the December 04 files as well. I am not sure what can be done and why are they doing it, is there a process we can follow to make them process? I wonder....
Anybody with ideas?
 
I called VSC and spoke to IIO officer y'day and they said they still haven't received my info to process the card. Also, they can't ask Local office to send the information to them to process the green cards.

Detroit seems to have its own rules to send out the paper work to process the green card.
