Agree with jackolantern and add this :
If he indeed tried to fraud the USCIS then I don't think he can ever gain a green card.
However make sure your financial records are clear so that he can't claim that he paid you.

The whole marriage fraud leaves such a bad taste. Lady call the number : 1800 375 5283.
I do believe they have an option where you can report a fraud.
