What can I do next after my NIW I-140 was approved

My NIW I-140 was approved in April. Anybody can tell me what I can do next. Can I and my wife do medical examination or something else in advance?

Depend on your PD. If you think it will be currrent in a couple of months, go ahead to prepare documents for I485 filing.
