What can be done after applying for eDV with last year photo?

I have applied with the same photo of 2017 application in this year (2018) application. If I submit another application with a new photo will be i disqualified ? Or if my first application is already disqualified than the second one cannot be disqualified for being double cause thats the only valid one?
 
Submitting another entry with a new photo will be considered a multiple entry which will lead to a disqualification. You can’t rectify what is done. Wait and see if you’re selected or not in May 2019.
