i really want to know what benefit can familly members get if their parents got green card by winning dv lottory.
well by familly members i mean sons and doughters above 21.
After the winners get their green card in their hands...approx. 5 yrs later they can become citizens. When they are citizens they can endorse family members. I'm not sure how close family you have to be to be able to get endorsed. If I'm right it is siblings and parents, maybe grand parents...but as far as I know not cousins and nephews and nieces...Correct me if I'm wrong?
