What are the steps to change Job on AC21

I need to give a 2 week notice and join my new employer in 2 weeks. What steps do I need to take before I move to new employer, my current processing status is in my signature

are you planing to join new employer with H1 transfer?

I will be using EAD to join the new company.

Do I have to file any forms with the USCIS before I join for AC21. My I-485 is long past 180 days due...

-----------------That is upto you, I will join on H1 transfer so that if any problem with I-485 i will have H1 status

------------- Not before joining, you should invoke AC21 once join the new employer
