I listed out some of the documents (Pls correct me if I am missing any thing)

1. Passports (of all family members) (YES)
2. Landing Papers (YES)
3. Educational documents (School records, diplomas, degrees) (Not required)
4. Sufficient funds in Cash / Travelers Chq (YES)
5. Photo Graphs (YES)
6. Two copies of a detailed list of all personal or household items brought with you and a list of items to follow later. Provide the total value of the goods. When you arrive in Canada, give the list to officials of either Customs or Immigration. (Give it to the Customs Offcial. If you have electronics items/computers/laptops list the model and serial number)
7. Birth certificates (Not required)
8. Marriage certificate (Not required, carry it just in case)
9. Immunization, vaccination, dental and other health records (Not required)
10. Driver's license, as well as International Driver's Permit, and accident record from your insurance company (Yes, would make it easy to get Auto Insurance. If you have had a US DL for the past 3 years, you can surrender that and get a full "G" license)

11. Car registration. (You should have your car title, and it should be free of any liens. Link below will give you more information)
