What are the choices if you don\'t get PCC before interview??

Hi,

I am sure, many of us are in same boat.. having interview in Feb, but won\'t have PCC by then?

Does the letter from consulate stating PCC applied so and so date is suffice?

Can consulate will ask us to submit it later and issue Green card (many lawyer\'s says that- but no consulate office said it so far)

Will they reject the green card?

Will they ask us to come back later when we will get PCC? In this case they won\'t cancel our H1b?

Will they ask us to come back later and cancel H1. In this case do we have to manage to get PCC from local RPO and police station there in India??

I am confused, so are many of you guys. So please try to get answers to this while working on speeding up PCC and getting it on time

Hi Buddy,
If no PCC, the case will be kept pending and you need to go again when u get the PCC from the Consulate / Passport Office.... Consulate has made it clear.
 
B1 - go back again ? Return to US with what visa ?

I am planning on going with my H1 extension pending, hopefully I will get PCC but in case I don\'t, I don\'t know how I can come back ? Will tehy issue an H1 to respect the already filed for extension ?
