What are my chances???

Friends here I am asking you a question if my case will be transfer to local office? or it can be approved at Vermont Service Center?. I heard that who ever did the special registration their case will be transfer to local office.
I found through a congressman that my case has been assigned to an officer on Oct’ 3rd 2003 and they are waiting for my Security check from FBI???.
Also the following is my detail.

RD 10/19/2001
ND 11/27/2001
FP 02/14/2001
RFE 12/09/2002
2nd FP 06/19/2003
3rd EAD applied 11/14/2003
AD ???

I will appreciate your comments.
 
If it would help you, you can call the FBI office and give your EAC number and they will tell you if your fingerprints were cleared or not. FBI number should be in the important information link.
