Hello everyone this is my first post, I do apologize for any inconvenience.

My situation is as follows:

I am an American citizen born in Saudi Arabia. I lived there all my life. I am visiting the US almost annually and I have family there.
I got married to my Palestinian Girlfriend in Saudi Arabia. I work in a hospital as a health care professional in Saudi Arabia. We have been married for 10 months now and we don't have any children.
My wife has never been to the US before.

Having explained all of the above, now for my question:

What are my wife's chances of getting a visitor's Visa to the US, a (B-2) visa I think?

Please let me know if I can provide any more details.

A few questions

Is there any reason why you have never applied to get your wife a green card? That would seem a better option for her.

To apply for and get a visitor's visa she would have to show intent to return to Saudi Arabia and she'd have to show significant ties to Saudi Arabia. A consular officer may not be convinced that your wife is coming for a mere visit, given that she's married to a U.S. citizen. The officer would likely encourage you to file for a green card.

Furthermore, Palestinians are often questioned more rigorously than those from other nations with friendlier U.S. relations.

A few questions that will help.

Does the wife work? Have extensive familial obligations? What ties does she have to Saudi Arabia? How long has the husband stayed in the U.S. during his visits? What does he do on his visits to the U.S.?

Seeing that you, even though a US citizen, has lived in KSA all your life, your wife has a decent chance of getting a B-2 visa. Make sure both of you document your social and financial ties to KSA.
