I know this is a silly, simple question to some people in this forum but for me i am not totally sure.
I know that I140 is the employer application and I485 is the employee application.
Well my question is what is checked in each of these application stages
To my knowledge during I140 stage employer’s ability to pay, educational and experience qualifications of the employee are checked
During the I485 stage employee Tax returns, Pay checks of the employee are checked
Can some one help me complete this above list?
By the way my I140 is approved and I want to know what the things I should stop worrying.
