I am 28 yrs old, recently married, living in canada.. with a decent job paying over 50k a yr.. been in the same job for over 3 yrs. Have been denied the US visa twice. First time, it was H1 visa, applied in New Delhi. Probably bcoz i was not well prepared. Second time, applied for visitor visa for a company project for which i work. One of my coworkers was given the visa. My boss even spoke to the counsellor. I have been living in canada for over 4 yrs. Got my PR in April, 08. I m planning to go there for honeymoon sometime this summer. Now I am applying last time for the visitors visa, as I will be eligible for the canadian citizenship next year anyway. I have a lot of experience with all kind of canadian immigration, but not so much about the US immigration. So I request you all to assess my situation and provide feedback. Also please suggest, what additional documentation can be provided to strengthen my case. Thanks in advance.
