I would like to file the Green Card for my parents. My mother is flying to USA first week of next month, so it will be little hard to collect documents when she is here.

If I file Green Card in US what are all the documents should be collected?

If I file Green CArd for parents in India what are documents should be collected?

Please list the documents. It is little urget because we have no much time because my mother will be flying early next month.

How long are you planning to wait after her B-2 entry before you sumbit her AOS documents?

Can anyone please list the forms needed to be filed with GC application of my mom. Do I need to file G-325A, I-693, I-864 forms along with I-30 and I-485? I am little confuse on what forms need to be submitted.

Another question I have that my birth certificate don't list my name, as it was not final at the time. It do contain my birth date, sex and my mothers name listed as First name wife of Fathers name. I used this same birth certificate for my GC application and no objection was raised. Do I need to submit a secondary document/affidavit as a supporting/back up document to prove my relationship? If yes, do someone have a sample affidavit I can use as a reference?
