What all should the CP package contain?

I am sending my mother's CP package.

It would contain:

• i-130
• Her birth affidavits from her 2 living relatives (Notarized Photocopy)
• My birth certificate (Notarized Photocopy)
  My Naturalization certificate (Notarized Photocopy)
  
  Cheque

Am I missing something; if yes; Gurus please let me know.

What do you mean by CP package? Packet 3 or packet 4?

Sorry for not being clear. By CP I meant Consular Processing and also meant the very first stage-the initial contact. Any guidance will be welcome.
